One group has been consistently winning big at the Supreme Court in recent years: the wealthy and powerful and big corporations. In John Roberts’ Court, the Chamber of Commerce has a record win rate. In cases such as Citizens United, the five Republican-appointed justices opened the floodgates for the very rich to spend unlimited sums of money buying elections. And in many lesser known cases, the Court has made it easier for corporations to cheat workers and consumers.
