This year, the Supreme Court let Trump hand employers the power to block their employees from accessing affordable birth control. In coming years, the Court will undoubtedly hear major cases about the right to legal abortion. While five of the justices recently correctly struck down a Louisiana law that would have restricted access to abortion, the right to choose is still at risk from Brett Kavanaugh and the other Republican-appointed justices.
